Senior Visual Manager
Lead of the Visual and Design departments for Benefit Canada, including : retail environment graphics for over 500+ stores, events, online assets, and support on all marketing campaigns. Manage the Visual Merchandising department, where I curate our brand assortment in campaigns and activations to build our brand and connect with our customer.
Manage a team of amazing creatives, and a network of key vendors and agencies. Developed all creative department processes and operations for best efficiency, communication and alignment for all parties.
Integrate and support 360 marketing plans by exploding our DNA internally and externally. Ensure voice, tone and experience aligns to our brand, and relates to our customers in various retail environments, in store and online.

Fan Fest
I created an immersive pop up inside 8 Sephora stores across Canada featuring Benefit Cosmetic’s newest Fan Fest Mascara.
The event theme was inspired by a mix of fun house and retro sixties vibes.

I transformed our head office into an exploration of our newest Pore Care skincare collection.
As project manager I oversaw all creative content, budget, production, and install. The event was full of bubbles and beauty with our closest influencer gal pals.
